Broker TP Icap fires boss John Phizackerley as costs mount

“TP ICAP, a broker of derivatives trades between banks, has fired chief executive John Phizackerley with immediate effect” writes Andy Critchlow for telegraph.co.uk. The chief executive had been in charge since July 2014.These costs will rise to £25m in the 2019 financial year, it warned.He will be replaced by Nicolas Breteau, its head of Global Broking, while Robin Stewart has been appointed as chief financial officer on a permanent basis, having become interim CFO in November.
